A balanced one, proving satisfying before, during and after tasting, with a pleasant consistency and a fulfilling, enjoyable after-taste. We succeed in achieving this result by processing our coffee rigorously by hand and in limited quantities, creating a product made exclusively for true coffee connaisseurs.

How our coffee is manufactured

Selection

We select the best green coffee beans from plantations all over the world, always sourcing superior quality materials of a superior category which are free from chemical treatments. We ensure that they are harvested when the plant is fully ripened and then processed in the optimum conditions for obtaining the maximum flavour.

Roasting

Our roasting process is the element that distinguishes our coffee. The raw beans are carefully treated depending on their origin to reach the one point of perfection in the roasting process when the aromas reach their maximum potential and take on a distinctive colour without burning. This process, as in the perfume production process, must be carefully overseen by our “noses” to ensure that the specific “moment” in which this occurs – which can last from 6 to 7 seconds- is not missed. This particular care and attention allow us to obtain the very best from the quality of our beans, and the lowest acidity level.

Maturating

This phase of the process ensures that the coffee can naturally develop its valuable essential oils. After roasting, the coffee is left to rest in a controlled environment, so allowing the beans to develop their optimum characteristics, just as the finest wines.

Packaging

As soon as the various types of coffee are ready, they are packaged extremely quickly to preserve their aromas and scents and prevent them from absorbing other odours. Our packaging has been designed to protect the quality of our products: on the outside it is made of paper, while inside it is lined with micro-perforated aluminium foil to keep the product ventilated and prevent it from coming into contact with fermented gases. For the capsules, we have chosen a modified atmosphere packaging format to ensure the taste is preserved for as long as possible.
